How booking works at 30A Mahjong Studio
Find a session, reserve your seat, and manage everything from one studio-aware MahjMate account.
Log in or register
Your account keeps bookings, players, passes, memberships, and Studio Credits connected to the correct studio.
Add your players
Choose a party size and enter each player's name. MahjMate shows whether seats are available or waitlisted before you confirm.
Review how you’ll pay
An eligible membership, pass, or Studio Credit balance is applied according to the studio’s booking rules. The review shows what will be used.
Reserve and confirm
Accept the studio policy and reserve. Your newest booking appears immediately in Bookings, and a confirmation is sent by email.
Manage your booking
Open Bookings to review players and seat details, make allowed updates, or cancel. Eligible benefits return according to studio policy.

Buying memberships, passes, and credits
Purchase eligible products from 30A Mahjong Studio's online store. MahjMate connects the benefit to the email address used at checkout.

Choose a product
Open the studio store and select a membership, play-pass package, Studio Credit package, or another eligible booking product.

Use your MahjMate email
At checkout, enter the same email you use for MahjMate. This is how the purchase is matched to your studio account.

Complete checkout
After the order is paid, the studio store sends the eligible membership, passes, or credits to MahjMate automatically.

Confirm it in Wallet
Open Wallet to see what is active and available. If it is not visible yet, tap Refresh before contacting the studio.
First purchase?If no MahjMate account exists for the checkout email, you'll receive an email inviting you to activate one. Only products identified as MahjMate benefits appear in Wallet; merchandise and unrelated store products remain regular store purchases.
Memberships explained
Your membership covers your seat
An active membership is checked automatically when you reserve an eligible session. You do not need to enter a code or choose it manually.
When it starts
Depending on the product, it begins on the purchase date or when you make your first eligible booking. Wallet shows pending or active status.
What it covers
It covers the member’s seat for a one-player booking while the membership is active. No pass or Studio Credits are used for that seat.
Booking for others
For a party larger than one, MahjMate uses enough passes for the whole party when available; otherwise it uses Studio Credits for the full booking.
Expiration and renewal
Wallet shows the valid-through date. A new purchase may extend an active membership or begin according to the product’s start rules.
Waitlisted seats are covered only after confirmation. Cancelling a covered booking does not cancel, pause, or extend the membership. If the original store purchase is refunded or reversed, the membership may be revoked or shortened.

Pass
Uses one or more available plays when the session qualifies.
Studio Credits
Applies available dollar value toward eligible game fees.
Purchased something from the studio’s online store? Open Wallet and use Refresh if it has not appeared yet. A purchase should appear only once under this studio.
