Getting started

Join a studio from an invitationUse the invitation sent to your email to create or connect your MahjMate account.
  1. 1Open the studio invitation from the email address that was invited.
  2. 2Register or log in using that same email address.
  3. 3Your invitation verifies the email address and adds the studio automatically.
  4. 4Select Start booking to open the studio calendar.

Find and reserve a sessionBrowse the current and next calendar month, then reserve an available seat.
  1. 1Open your studio and select Sessions.
  2. 2Choose a session from the calendar. Sessions with the same name share a color indicator.
  3. 3Review the date, time, price, availability, and studio policies.
  4. 4Select Reserve and follow the confirmation steps.

View or change a bookingSee upcoming and previous reservations or make an allowed booking change.
  1. 1Open Bookings from the studio navigation.
  2. 2Use the sort control to locate the reservation.
  3. 3Open the booking to review its status and details.
  4. 4If changes or cancellation are allowed, use the available action before the studio deadline.

Join a waitlistJoin the waitlist when a session is full and watch for studio notifications.
  1. 1Open the full session from the calendar.
  2. 2Select the waitlist option and confirm the requested seats.
  3. 3Check your email for updates from the studio.
  4. 4If a seat becomes available, follow the instructions in the notification promptly.

MahjPoints

Buy and use MahjPointsPurchase studio credit and use the balance for eligible reservations.
  1. 1Open MahjPoints from your studio navigation.
  2. 2Choose an available package and complete payment through Stripe or the studio’s Shopify store.
  3. 3Return to MahjMate after payment; your updated balance appears in the account.
  4. 4MahjPoints are applied when you reserve an eligible paid session.

Manage your profile and securityUpdate your profile, time display, passkeys, and two-factor authentication.
  1. 1Open Account from the MahjMate or studio navigation.
  2. 2Update your name, phone number, or preferred time format and save.
  3. 3Use the Security section to configure a passkey or two-factor authentication.
  4. 4Keep your recovery information in a safe place.
